In General

• We always need lots of helping hands. This is a list of “preferred” roles during the event. You can sign up for your preferred role, however depending upon staffing, you may be asked to perform a different role, and some roles may be combined – Your flexibility is very appreciated! 🙂

Specific Role Definitions / Instructions

• Order Takers – Setup, connect Register. Take customer orders. Upon closing, give cash receipts to event coordinator, disconnect register and reconnect inside the concession stand, ready for next use.
• Order Fillers – Assemble and bag the orders
• Order Runners – Take assembled, bagged order out to customer.
• Condiments Mgr – Pre-fill condiment containers. Make sure the condiments, napkins, utensils are stocked.
• Food Replenishment Mgr – Make sure the order fillers have enough pork, sliced beef, beans, and cole slaw to assemble their orders.
• Slicer – Clean and setup slicer, Slice beef as needed, Upon closing disassemble, clean, and reassemble slicer.
• Extra Helpers – Fill in wherever necessary as required to provide breaks for others, keep tables clean, bag and take trash to dumpster, and other duties as requested.
