CPR/AED Classes - Now Offered by the Upper Montgomery VFD

The Training Dates:
* Saturday, April 1, 2023
* Saturday, April 15, 2023
* Saturday, May 13, 2023

Start Time:
* Start time is 9:00AM sharp

The Location
* The Upper Montgomery VFD is located at 19801 Beallsville Rd, Beallsville, MD 20839
* The training is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator or stairs

The Training Includes:
* American Heart Association CPR/AED training
* CPR training for adult, child, & Infant
* AED training for adult & child
* Foreign Object Airway Obstruction (choking relief) for adult, child, infant

What is included with the training:
* American Heart Association CPR eCard
* American Heart Association student workbook
* Pocket CPR Information card
* Keyring barrier mask
* Pocket barrier mask for adult & infant

Registration, Fee & Payment:
* The fee is $55 per student
* Please register at umcvfd.org/CPR and select a date
* The fee must be pre-paid at umcvfd.org/donations/
* Please include a note that the payment is for CPR training
* Your registration is confirmed after payment is received

Ages:
* Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

What to expect:
* Wear comfortable clothes
* You will be kneeling on the floor for most of the training.
* Kneeling pads are provided
* You must be able to kneel on the floor for an extended period of time
* There is no lunch break - feel free to bring a power bar and water
* Do not bring children or pets
* Smoking & vaping is forbidden anywhere on fire station property
* Please silence your mobile phone during class
